Delivery
Upon order confirmation,
no change to orders can be made. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour,
and address have been given prior to payent.
All orders
will be replied to within 24 hours, and will be processed within 1 to 2 working
days upon verification of payment. Delivery will be carried out from Monday
through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Fox Parties
will not be liable for any lost parcels mailed out via normal postage. Fox
Parties will also not be liable for damaged items due to postal service. Meet
ups are currently unavailable.
Payment
Currently,
the modes of payment we accept are Internet Banking, and ATM transfer. For ATM
transfers, we will require a photo
snapshot of the receipt.
Product
The actual
colour of products may differ on screen due to computer screen differences, and
may appear darker in real life due to studio lighting.
Please
allow for a difference of 0.5”-1.0” between the actual item measurements and
our provided measurements.
Product
Care
We
recommend hand washing all Fox Parties apparels, or washing it using a delicate
cycle. We also recommend ironing on the reverse side of the apparel, and using
a low to medium low heat.
