Returns
Returns for
Incorrect Size
Only
applicable to Apparel and Shoes. Returns will only be made for items in their
original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Articles which do not meet
these conditions will not be approved.
Please
contact us at foxparties@gmail.com with the subject titled: Returns
and wait for our reply before sending the item back. Returns have to be mailed
back within 5 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent.
Kindly mail the item back to us via Registered Mail and retain the tracking
number until you have received a confirmation email from us regarding the
status of your parcel. Postage cost will be borne by buyer. Fox Parties will
not be responsible for any lost mail sent by Normal Postage.
Store
credit will only be provided for returns. Fox Parties does not provide cash
refunds for returns. The store credit does not have any expiry period.
Exchanges
Defective
Items
We
apologize for mailing you a defective item. Please send us a snapshot of the
defect and mail it to foxparties@gmail.com.
An exchange
will be done for defective items and the charges for normal postage to send the
item back will be paid for by Fox Parties. Cash refunds or colour/size changes
are not allowed unless the item is out of stock.
Exchanges
will only be done for items in their ORIGINAL CONDITION (unworn, unwashed, and
unaltered). Exchanges for items which do not meet the conditions will be
declined.
Do note
that there may be a 0.5"-1.0" difference in our given measurements. These variances
are not considered defects.
